Rand Mutual Assurance has launched a multi-million-rand STEAM Project at Botlhabelo High School in Brits, North West, aimed at equipping 150 learners with critical technical skills. In partnership with INSETA, the North West Department of Education, and Northam Platinum Mines, the initiative addresses South Africa's shortage of STEAM talent, providing academic support and career guidance to students in underserved communities.
