AcroMeta Group Limited's subsidiary, AcroMeta Minerals Pte. Ltd., received an undertaking related to entering Indonesia's nickel sector. The deed allows AcroMeta to acquire a 51% interest in CV Hastora Raya, which has a nickel mining concession in Central Sulawesi.
The development will comply with Indonesian regulations, and AcroMeta will operate through PT Esa Jaya Labdagati to align with local laws. The transaction aligns with AcroMeta's strategy in the nickel value chain, but is not expected to significantly impact its earnings this financial year.
