Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has successfully acquired 100% of NQXT Australia, fulfilling all necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals. The terminal, which has a capacity of 50 million tonnes per annum and is under a long-term lease from the Queensland government, is expected to significantly contribute to APSEZ's goal of handling 1 billion metric tonnes of cargo by 2030, with projected EBITDA of A$ 228 million for 2024-25.
