Aer Soléir has secured financing for its 250MW Rondissone battery energy storage project in Piedmont, Italy, the largest of its kind currently under construction in the country. The €180 million project is part of a broader €1.5 billion investment plan for 17 renewable energy initiatives in Italy, supported by key financial partners and backed by a 15-year capacity market contract with the Italian government.
