AESC Training Center Completed in Florence County, Supporting Battery Plant and Other Companies

ENERGY STORAGE

AESC has completed a $22 million training center in Florence County, SC, in collaboration with the state to support its electric vehicle battery plant. The center is currently being used by other companies. Construction on the battery plant remains paused due to policy and market uncertainties, with AESC having invested over $1 billion in the area and plans for 1,600 jobs and $1.6 billion in investment when conditions allow.
