AF Gruppen, via AF Bygg Syd AB, is acquiring a 70% stake in H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB, a concrete contractor in Sweden. The deal, valued at up to MSEK 140, includes performance-based conditions linked to profitability targets through 2028.
H.A. Bygg will operate independently within AF Gruppen's Swedish operations, enhancing AF's expertise in water and wastewater treatment projects.
