A.I.S. Resources Limited has obtained TSXV acceptance for its earn-in agreement with Riversgold Ltd. for the Saint John IOCG/Porphyry Project in New Brunswick. The agreement allows AIS to acquire up to a 75% interest in the project, which covers 101 km².

AIS plans to invest CAD $4.4 million over four years for exploration and drilling. The project is strategically located near Saint John and the U.S. border, with significant mineralization potential.
