Alight has acquired two solar projects in eastern Finland from 3Flash, adding over 200 MW to its portfolio. The company's solar and storage development pipeline in Finland now exceeds 1 GW. The projects include a 75 MW site targeting grid connection around 2028 and a 150 MW site expected to connect around 2030.

Alight will co-develop these projects with 3Flash. The collaboration builds on their previous work in Loviisa, where they are developing a 120 MW solar park with a 45 MW battery system.
