Allianz Global Investors has acquired a 20.25% minority stake in the îles d'Yeu et Noirmoutier offshore wind farm from Ocean Winds, marking its first offshore wind investment in France. The project, which is over two-thirds complete, is expected to generate its first power in June 2025 and achieve full commissioning by Q1 2026. This investment follows Allianz's previous projects in the Netherlands and Germany, continuing its commitment to renewable energy in France since 2008.
