Alpex Solar Ltd has invested ₹10 crore in its subsidiary Alpex Green Energies Private Limited to bolster business growth and operational efficiency. The investment supports AGEPL's engineering and construction solutions in renewable energy.

Additionally, Alpex consolidated its aluminium frame manufacturing in Uttar Pradesh, aiming to increase capacity to 12,000 metric tonnes per annum by FY27. The company also launched commercial production of solar modules in Greater Noida, raising total manufacturing capacity to 2.4 GW.
