Japanese startup ArkEdge Space has launched a new initiative called WALL in collaboration with six local companies to develop Wakayama Prefecture's regional space industry. The program aims to enhance collaboration among businesses, universities, and government institutions, focusing on human resource development and capacity building for sustainable participation in the space sector. Leveraging its expertise in micro-satellites, ArkEdge Space will facilitate the formation of a space industry cluster in Wakayama while sharing insights with similar initiatives across Japan.
