Aula Energy, backed by Macquarie, has acquired a 1 GW solar and storage portfolio from Lightsource bp in Australia, including five operational solar farms. The acquisition introduces options for an additional 800 MW of battery storage and establishes Aula's first operating fleet in the National Electricity Market.
