BHI announced a contract valued at approximately 250 billion won with Mitsubishi Power to supply heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) for the Tung-Hsiao Power Plant in Taiwan. The contract involves the delivery of five 500MW-class HRSG units.

This is BHI's first HRSG supply to Taiwan, following previous supplies of other power infrastructure equipment. The Tung-Hsiao project marks the first overseas application of a hydrogen co-firing system outside Korea.

BHI has successfully completed multiple HRSG projects in Japan, establishing itself as a key partner in the region. In 2025, BHI achieved over 1.6 trillion won in new orders, exceeding last year's total of 1.48 trillion won.
