Blencowe Resources is targeting pilot production at its Orom Cross graphite project in Uganda by 2026, bolstered by a comprehensive Definitive Feasibility Study that identifies it as one of the largest graphite resources globally. The project, which could generate up to two billion USD in free cash flow over 15 years, has garnered local community support and financial backing, including a five million USD grant from the U.S.

Development Finance Corporation. Plans also include establishing a purification facility in Uganda to produce battery-grade spherical purified graphite, positioning the company competitively in the battery materials market.
