BOS Semiconductors has raised approximately $60.1 million in Series A funding, with contributions from Atinum Investment Co., Industrial Bank of Korea, Korea Development Bank, and HB Investment Inc. The funds will support the mass production of its AI accelerators, Eagle-N and Eagle-A, designed for autonomous driving and in-vehicle systems. The company plans to target the Chinese market for electric vehicles and aims to expand into robotics and drones in the future.
