Bracewell LLP has announced the addition of Shailesh Sahay, a seasoned environmental and energy transition attorney, as a partner in their Washington, D.C. office. Previously with Baker Botts LLP, Sahay brings extensive expertise in biofuels and California's environmental regulations, which will aid clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks like the Low Carbon Fuel Standards and the state's cap-and-trade program. Sahay holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard College.
