Brestanica Thermal Power Plant in Slovenia has launched a 40 MW battery energy storage project, enhancing its energy system flexibility with an 80 MWh capacity. This initiative aligns with TEB's development strategy for 2025-2030, following a successful electricity output of 35 GWh in 2025, which exceeded the planned 25 GWh.
