Capgemini has reduced its share capital by 1,418,000 shares, resulting in a total of 169,928,671 shares, aimed at enhancing shareholder returns. Foncière Inea sold a 14,700 m² logistics platform in Saint-Ouen-L'Aumône for €15 million as part of its strategic divestment.
In Q4, GTT received an order from HD Korea Shipbuilding for the design of tanks for a new LNG carrier to be built by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries for Hyundai Glovis, featuring GTT's Mark III Flex containment system.
