Carbery to Process Milk from North Cork Creameries Amid EPA Wastewater Compliance Issues

Carbery Group will process some milk from North Cork Creameries temporarily due to wastewater treatment issues. The EPA recently lifted a discharge suspension for North Cork, but compliance problems have arisen, leading to a new suspension notice issued on February 19, 2026. Carbery has maintained its January milk price and will provide a market support payment to shareholders.
