The Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park, operated by China Energy Engineering Corporation, has surpassed 10,000 tons of green ammonia production since its commissioning on December 16, 2025. This achievement signals a shift towards large-scale commercial applications in the hydrogen energy sector and supports China's green and low-carbon industry goals. The project has received ISCC EU green certification and established a sales contract for green ammonia as ocean-going shipping fuel.
