The National Natural Science Foundation of China has selected two hydrogen energy projects under the 2026 Enterprise Innovation and Development Joint Fund. This funding initiative, offering approximately RMB 2.6 million for key support projects and RMB 10 million for integrated projects, spans four years. The selected projects focus on improving combustion stability in hydrogen-blended gas turbines and studying nickel-based catalysts in alkaline water electrolysis for hydrogen production.
