China's Trade with APEC Economies Reaches $18.05 Trillion During 14th Five-Year Plan

During the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025), trade between China and APEC economies reached 125.49 trillion yuan ($18.05 trillion), a 39.4% increase from the previous period. In 2025, trade with APEC economies accounted for 26.29 trillion yuan, nearly 60% of China’s total foreign trade.
The General Administration of Customs announced initiatives to enhance cooperation and digital transformation within APEC. Despite domestic economic challenges, trade with APEC remains robust, with significant growth in high-tech exports and agricultural products.
