Chiral, a Swiss nanotechnology firm, has raised $12 million in seed funding to develop manufacturable post-silicon computing chips. The funding, led by Crane Venture Partners, aims to address manufacturing bottlenecks of nanomaterials in semiconductor technology.

Chiral focuses on integrating these materials into silicon wafers through its robotic integration system, enhancing performance and energy efficiency beyond conventional silicon limits. The company plans to deploy its first commercial systems in 2026.
