Congressman James Comer announced funding for wastewater projects in western Kentucky, including $1 million for Madisonville's West Side Lift Station and $1 million for a wastewater treatment facility in Eddyville. An additional $750,000 was allocated for the South Hopkins Water District's waterline replacement project.
