Copenhagen Offshore Partners is seeking investors for its $3 billion offshore wind farm in San Miguel Bay, Philippines, aiming for a capacity of up to 1,000 megawatts and targeting project completion by Q3 2028. The company plans to maintain at least 50% control and intends to submit an environmental compliance certificate application by summer 2026. ACEN Corp. has already acquired a 25% stake in the project, while the Philippine Department of Energy plans to auction 3.3 GW of offshore wind capacity this year.
