CrossBoundary Access Acquires Mini-Grid Projects from ANKA in Madagascar

CrossBoundary Access has acquired four mini-grid projects from ANKA in Madagascar, which include 1.7MW of solar PV and 5.6MWh of battery storage, benefiting thousands in the Atsimo-Andrefana region. This acquisition is part of a US$20 million partnership aimed at providing power to over 62,000 people, aligning with Madagascar's national energy priorities and the Mission 300 Initiative. CrossBoundary Access will hold the majority stake, while ANKA retains a share in the project.
