By the end of 2025, cumulative investment in Indonesia's Special Economic Zones (KEK) is expected to reach Rp 335 trillion, generating approximately 248,459 jobs. The investment in 25 KEK is projected to total Rp 82.5 trillion, with exports from these zones increasing to Rp 43.95 trillion, driven by high-value sectors such as alumina and copper. This growth highlights the significant role of KEK in fostering national economic development and job creation.
