DEME's Offshore Energy division achieved an EBITDA of €655 million in 2025, marking a 52% increase from 2024. Turnover for the offshore wind unit rose 4% to €2.13 billion, while EBIT increased 54% to €398.3 million.

The order book remained stable at €4.24 billion, supported by new contracts including Formosa 4 in Taiwan and Nordseecluster B in Germany. Fleet utilization was at 85%. Major project milestones include installations at Dominion Energy's Coastal Virginia and Vineyard Wind, with completion expected in the first half of 2026.
