DirectH2 Inc., a U.S. startup led by Dr. Vivek V. Dhas and Dr.

Aditya Mohite, has signed a Letter of Intent with Shree Tuljabhavani Sugar Private Limited (STSPL) in Maharashtra, India, to develop business and secure early funding for green hydrogen production. This partnership aims to implement Modular Direct Solar-To-Green Hydrogen Technology to achieve low-cost, high-efficiency hydrogen production at the point of use.

STSPL, established in 2001 and involved in sugar production and other agro-energy sectors, will provide land for DirectH2's operations and act as an offtaker and investor. This collaboration supports India's National Green Hydrogen Mission by integrating solar PV and electrolysis technologies to decentralize hydrogen production.
