DirectH2 Partners with STSPL for Green Hydrogen Expansion in India

HYDROGEN

DirectH2, a Dallas-based hydrogen technology startup backed by HL Energy Ventures, is expanding into India through a letter of intent with Shree Tuljabhavani Sugar Private Limited (STSPL). DirectH2 is developing modular solar-to-green hydrogen technology and holds exclusive rights to Rice University's intellectual property for this purpose.

The partnership aims to enable efficient hydrogen production at the point of use, supporting India's National Green Hydrogen Mission. DirectH2 recently closed its seed funding round, marking a significant milestone in its mission. STSPL will provide land for DirectH2's operations in India, serve as an offtaker for green hydrogen, and be an early investor in the venture.
