Dongfang Electric Corporation, in collaboration with Academician Xie Heping's team, has successfully verified a novel split-structure direct electrolysis system for hydrogen production, capable of generating 110 Nm³/h of hydrogen from seawater without desalination. This follows the earlier development of a 10 Nm³/h prototype, marking a significant advancement in marine green hydrogen production and enhancing scalability for future applications.
