Dynacert Inc. has announced the appointment of John Amodeo as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Amodeo, who has been on the board of directors and served as chair of the audit committee, will leverage his expertise in global business development to support the company's growth.

Jean Pierre Colin, who acted as interim CFO since March 2023, will remain with Dynacert as Executive Vice President and corporate secretary. CEO Jim Payne expressed gratitude for Colin's contributions while welcoming Amodeo in his new role.
