Electra.aero Inc. has partnered with the Virginia Advanced Air Mobility Smart Airspace Program to design and implement a low-cost IFR network for uSTOL and AAM aircraft. This initiative aims to create procedures that separate AAM traffic from conventional aircraft and enable direct routing using GPS navigation. The program will initially connect four Virginia locations and is supported by local aviation authorities.
