Poland's Elemental Group has acquired full control of ACC Recycling Services in Romania and plans a EUR 20 million investment in a new waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) recycling plant near Deva. The project, valued at EUR 19.84 million, will utilize EUR 8.4 million from Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan and further investment from Elemental Group. This facility aims to enhance Romania's recycling capacity and align with EU circular economy goals.
