Eolus has sold three onshore wind parks—Fågelås, Dållebo, and Boarp—totaling 88 MW to Mirova, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers. The transaction includes a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement for a significant portion of the wind parks' electricity output, along with a long-term asset management agreement and plans for battery energy storage development. Construction of the wind parks began in spring 2024, with substantial completion expected by Q3 2025.
