The EU project FlashPhos has completed its Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study, advancing towards the industrial implementation of sustainable phosphorus recovery. The study outlines a thermochemical process for producing 5,000 tonnes of white phosphorus annually, integrating with existing cement facilities.
