European Green Transition has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire the O&M Business from Arena Capital Partners' liquidators for £3.5 million. This includes 100% of Earthmill Maintenance Ltd, an 85% interest in WEP Wind Energy Partnership Ltd, and a 52% stake in Anemos Analytics Ltd. The businesses serve over 900 wind turbines across the UK and Ireland, generating approximately £14.7 million in revenue in 2025.
