Exeter Township's board of supervisors authorized Township Manager William Heim to negotiate the purchase of 1 Hearthstone Court for $1.395 million to serve as a new administrative building. The property will house various township offices and meeting rooms.

Funding will come from the Wastewater Treatment Sale Proceeds Fund. The acquisition will also allow the police department to expand into the new facility, eliminating the need for a costly leased trailer.
