FAE Technology has completed the first closing for the acquisition of 100% of Kayser Italia, an Italian company specializing in aerospace technology solutions, including its subsidiary Kayser Space. This acquisition establishes FAE Technology's new Space division, focusing on technological development and support for space exploration and research programs.

FAE Technology aims to enhance its integrated platform of electronic competencies and services within the growing space sector. Gianmarco Lanza, CEO of FAE Technology, will also serve as President of Kayser Italia, while David Stefano Zolesi remains CEO.

The acquisition involves a total price of €3.75 million, structured in two closings, with the first closing involving a payment of €1.12 million and a share transfer of 29.9%. The second closing will allow FAE Technology to acquire the remaining 70.1% by December 31, 2026, with future payments tied to revenue targets.
