The Flemish Government has approved four demonstration projects under the Moonshot program aimed at advancing sustainable industry practices. These initiatives focus on innovative technologies in renewable energy and CO₂ reduction, including a polyurethane recycling pilot, an electrified reactor for steam cracking, a high-temperature heat pump, and a dry cathode electrolysis stack for green hydrogen production. Collectively, these projects are designed to bridge the gap between research and industrial implementation while significantly reducing carbon emissions.
