This integration aims to optimize trading revenue, asset longevity, and safety for BESS customers while supporting Fortescue's decarbonization goals for iron ore operations by 2030. The acquisition also expands Fortescue's footprint in key global markets, including the USA and Europe, which are expected to exceed 500 GWh in combined capacity over the next five years.
