Frontier Infrastructure Holdings, in partnership with the University of Wyoming, has successfully completed an exploratory drilling operation for a deep carbon storage well at the Sweetwater Carbon Storage Hub. This facility is set to be the deepest carbon storage site in the U.S.

The operation is essential for assessing the underground rock formations' ability to permanently store carbon dioxide. Through careful data collection and core sample analysis, the project aims to confirm the geological integrity required for securing permits for future large-scale carbon storage operations.
