Frontieras North America has acquired 183 acres in Mason County, West Virginia, to build its first commercial coal reformation facility, utilizing the FASForm process to convert coal into clean fuels, fertilizers, and carbon products with zero waste and emissions. The project is expected to generate over 2,000 construction jobs and more than 200 permanent positions, leveraging the site's river and rail access for efficient transport. Frontieras aims to produce 2.3 barrels of refined fuels per ton of coal while planning further expansion in the Appalachian region.
