Future Fuels aims to raise up to CAD 2 million through a non-brokered private placement under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (LIFE) to fund exploration expenditures in Canada. The securities issued will not have a holding period under Canadian law.

The funds are designated for critical mineral mining expenditures to accelerate exploration work, particularly for the Hornby and Corvette projects. The placement is expected to close around February 27, 2026.
