Future Metals has initiated a detailed engineering assessment of the Savannah processing plant to develop its Panton platinum project more efficiently. This follows a memorandum of understanding with Zeta Resources, aimed at evaluating the feasibility of processing ore from Panton at Savannah, which has been on maintenance since January 2024.

Initial findings confirm the plant's structural integrity and good condition of key equipment, though refurbishment is needed. An earlier assessment indicated a potential reduction of over 40% in capital costs compared to building a new plant.
