Gadkari Unveils Ambitious Road Infrastructure and Alternative Fuels Plan at India Today Conclave

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari presented a comprehensive road infrastructure plan focusing on reducing logistics costs, expanding highways, and promoting alternative fuels during the India Today Infrastructure Conclave in New Delhi on February 25. He aims to lower India's logistics costs from 10% to single digits, improve road quality, and introduce hydrogen as a future fuel.
With a budget of Rs 3.20 lakh crore, Gadkari assured significant highway network expansion and toll reforms for seamless travel. He also addressed road safety and pollution concerns while emphasizing ecological protection.
