Global Environmental Solutions, LLC (GES) has completed the acquisition of Environmental Controls Company, LLC (ECC) as of January 25, 2026. This acquisition expands GES's product range in water infrastructure, adding ECC's modular floating cover technologies for various applications. GES aims to enhance its offerings and support existing ECC customers while investing in domestic manufacturing capabilities under the new EnviroBalls™ brand.
