Global Power Solutions Corp. has entered a Letter of Intent with Northern Hydrogen to develop modular hydrogen power systems, ranging from 80 kW to over 1,000 MW. The company plans to build an 80-kW demonstration facility within a year, with aims to reach 100 MW by 2028 and 2,000 MW by 2035, while establishing manufacturing in British Columbia. Global Power will manage commercialization and project funding, retaining ownership of the intellectual property by the licensors.
