greenValue GmbH assisted BALANCE Erneuerbare Energien GmbH in acquiring a biogas plant portfolio in Germany. The portfolio includes biogas plants located in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with a total thermal input capacity of 46 MW.

Following the acquisition, modernization of the facilities is planned. The plants process renewable feedstocks and contribute electricity to local grids and district heating networks.
