Gridturn Selected for EU Women TechEU Program, Secures €75,000 for EV Battery Recycling

CIRCULAR ECONOMY & RECYCLINGSTRATEGIC MINERALSENERGY STORAGE

Danish startup Gridturn has been chosen for the EU's Women TechEU program, receiving €75,000 to enhance its technology that repurposes used EV batteries as energy storage systems. Out of 1,107 applicants, only 40 startups were selected. The company aims to improve circularity in the energy sector and reduce reliance on new raw materials.
